Lost Username and/or Password?

If you're unsure of your User ID and/or password, you can have it sent to you by entering either your User ID or the email address of your account in the field below.  It will automatically send your login info to the email address on file for that account.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you have a HotMail or MSN account, the email sent by our automated email system probably will not reach you due to very strict spam controls in place by these email providers.  If you have a Hotmail or MSN account, contact us directly for this information.

Unable to Login

All of our logins are working perfectly at this time.

Please check the following if you are having problems logging in:

• Cookies Enabled - Please make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.  To enable cookies for the TrafficSwarm web site using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later, do the following:
  1. Open a browser window.
  2. From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab at the top.
  4. Click the Edit... button found towards the lower right corner.
  5. In the Address of Web site text box enter trafficswarm.com then click the Allow button.
  6. Click the OK button then click the OK button again.

  If you are using a browser or version other than Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0, please consult the Help file for your browser on how to enable cookies.

• Passwords are Case Sensitive - Password is different than password which is different than PASSWORD.
   
• Delete Cookies - If you have tried the above and continue to have problems, try deleting the cookie for TrafficSwarm.  If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later, do the following:
  1. Open a browser window.
  2. From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
  3. In the Temporary Internet Settings section, click the Settings... button.
  4. Click the View Files... button.
  5. Click the View menu and make sure there is a check mark or black circle next to Details.  If not, click the Details menu item to select it.
  6. Click on the Internet Address column heading lable to sort the list of files by Internet Address.
  7. Look for any file with the name in the Internet Address column that looks similar to either of the following:
     Cookie:[your username]@trafficswarm.com/
     Cookie:[your username]@www.trafficswarm.com/
  8. Click on the file to select it, then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
  9. Click the X in the upper right corner to close the current window.
  10. Click the OK button then click the OK button again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
