As any company continues to grow, it experiences growing pains.  Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a growing pain that we have no control over.

Emails that appear to be from TrafficSwarm are circulating informing TrafficSwarm members that their TrafficSwarm account will be suspended unless they click a link found within the email to confirm their email address.  These emails are NOT being sent from TrafficSwarm.

TrafficSwarm does not ask you for personal information via email.  If you receive such emails, simply delete it and do not click on any links within it.

May 13, 2005 - Working Diligently on Changes

THANK YOU for all your feedback on the new servers.  Because of all the feedback you've provided, we're busy fine-tuning the updates we've already made to make it better than ever.

In fact, as I write this, changes are being made to the Start Page, but please bear with us as we fully research, fix, test and implement the changes you've requested.  These changes are being made to protect the integrity and value of each and every credit you earn and will be well worth the wait!

And if you have no idea what I'm talking about, please read the updates below.

May 10, 2005 - Important Changes at TrafficSwarm

Now that server upgrade is finished, it's important to point out a couple of the changes you'll see at TrafficSwarm.

New Fraud Tests for Start Page/Surfing for Credits

To make TrafficSwarm even better, our developers have been working on improving our fraud tests!  And I'm happy to report that the Click Tests as you know them are now gone!  Instead, every once in a while, you'll see an ad or two that says something like "Fraud Test - Do Not Click."  Well, I know some of you will be curious and will click it, but don't!  Click it too many times and your account will be automatically cancelled.

This new feature, of course, is designed to provide even higher quality traffic for all of us.

Visited Site Link Color

Many of you rely on the color of the title of an ad to determine whether you've visited the site or not.  With the new fraud test, the titles will not be turning color.  But don't fret.  You will now find an asterisk (*) next to the title of each ad.  If you have not clicked on that ad before, the asterisk color should be blue.  However, if you've already visited the site, the asterisk will be black.

Note:  This appears to work just fine in Internet Explorer but may not work in other browsers (due to the way they treat links and Javascript).

May 4, 2005 - Server Upgrade

As we mentioned in an earlier email announcement, we are about to migrate to our new servers!  They've been tested and are ready for action!

In order to finish the upgrade, the TrafficSwarm site will be brought down starting at 1:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (GMT - 5) on Thursday, May 5th.  It is expected that the upgrade could take up to five hours to complete (you guys sure generate a lot of data!).

Once the new servers are up and running, please let us know if you find any problems (errors, time outs, etc.) by using the Contact Us page.  Thank you!

We've just made it possible for you to further leverage your hard work by incorporating two programs with proven methodologies into TrafficSwarm.  You can now enter your Plug In Profit Site member ID and your No BS Zone ID into your TrafficSwarm member profile. Look on your Member page for the new Downline Programs section.

Now if you don't have an account for either program, that's OK.  Just click the "Get An ID" link to learn more, and register if you want to.

If you choose to register with one or both sites (or already have an ID), enter your Plug In Profit Site and/or No BS Zone ID on your TrafficSwarm member page.  By doing so, you'll now help build your downline for these programs through TrafficSwarm!

This is possible because when anyone you've referred to TrafficSwarm logs into their member account, they will see the same thing you see above - but the "Get An ID" links will be coded with YOUR affiliate URL.  That means any TrafficSwarm members you have referred to TrafficSwarm can also become your Plug In Profit Site and/or No BS Zone downline, too!  It's like building three businesses at once with only 1/3 of the effort!

December 1, 2004 - Credit Transfer Update #2

At TrafficSwarm, we are always looking for new features, services and bonuses to offer our members -- we are NOT looking for ways to eliminate them.  Therefore, it saddens me that I must inform you that the Credit Transfer feature is being suspended due to member abuse.

In addition, we have updated the Terms of Service to reflect the fact that TrafficSwarm accounts may NOT be given away, traded, bartered or sold to anyone other than the person who originally signed up for the TrafficSwarm account.  Monitoring systems are in place to detect such account transfers and any account ownership changes will result in termination for that account.

I know that most TrafficSwarm members are playing fairly, but in order to protect you and the integrity of TrafficSwarm, these new changes had to be implemented.

November 16, 2004 - Credit Transfer Update

TrafficSwarm is always looking to preserve the value TrafficSwarm provides to its members.  Upon doing some research, we are now requiring that each TrafficSwarm membership account be at least three months old before transferring credits.  This change will insure that our members get the most out of their TrafficSwarm memberships.

August 12, 2004 - Two New Features Implemented

Great news!  We've just implemented two new features at TrafficSwarm that you asked for!

• Credit Caps (Available to All Members) - Many of you said you'd like to control how many credits you spend on a daily basis.  Well, not only have we implemented this solution, but we've allowed you to do this on a "per URL" basis!  This means that if you want the first link you're promoting to use no more than 500 credits per day and the second link to use no more than 100 credits per day, for example, you can do that.
   
  By default, all of your URLs are set to zero, which means there is no daily limit on how many credits that URL can use each day.  And if that's the way you want it, then you don't need to do a thing.  But if you want to set a daily cap for one or more URLs, simply edit your URLs shown at the bottom of your member page.  Your changes will take effect immediately.
   
• Pro Member Link Highlight (Available to Pro Members) - As a special bonus to Pro members, any link promoted will receive extra attention in the "surf for credits" window.  Pro Member links will contain an eye-catching icon next to it indicating that the link is a Pro member link.  This will draw extra attention to the ad increasing the chance that the visitor will click on it and bring more leads and sales.

These features are now live and ready for use!

June 4, 2004 - You Spoke - TrafficSwarm Listened!

For as long as I can remember, I've always been an inquisitive kinda guy.  I tend to ask a lot of questions.  Not the annoying kind that kids ask "why this ... why that ... why, why, why".  Heh ... SHUT UP kid! =)

But I guess because with certain things, I'm really curious ... so I've realized that by asking the right question, from the right people, I've always received some informative answers that I could readily use in my own life for further progress.  Basically, it's saved me a lot of time trying to figure out something on my own.

Heck, even with driving ... If I seem lost even for a few minutes, I immediately pull over to the nearest gas station and ask for directions to my destination.  The person may not always have the answer or even tell you the correct directions.  But more often then not, I get to where I want faster and with less aggravation.

As you know, I recently got back in the driver's seat here at TrafficSwarm and while the site wasn't "lost", it was beginning to get a little off course.  So what did I do? ... Simple, I sent out a quick 2 minute survey to our Pro users and basically asked them what they liked, didn't like and what they wanted.

To my GREAT appreciation, we had over a 80% response rate!  That's really amazing considering everyone's busy schedules these days and it just goes to show you how loyal our TrafficSwarm Pro members are.  So, once again, thanks to all who did respond back - your time has not gone unnoticed and you are going to be REWARDED!

Anyway, let's move on to the good stuff.  We took all the feedback and over the coming weeks, we will be making the following changes and IMPROVEMENTS for BOTH the Pro users, as well as ALL members here at TrafficSwarm.com.

As you can see, you'll be getting more credits, more bonuses, more features and more rewards!  Very cool if you ask me.  Heck, I think I'm gonna go sign myself up! =))

Now, don't worry ... we didn't forget the rest of the TS family.  For all members, everyone will soon have the ability to specify the maximum number of credits they want to spend on a daily basis.  Basically, you'll have more control over things, which is always a good thing.

Oh, I almost forgot ... ALL CURRENT PRO members get the above upgrades for free!

Now I'm sure you're asking "So, how long is it gonna take before you implement all this?  I'm not gonna wait around forever."  Well, you won't have to because the first three Pro member changes are in place right NOW!  Before we implement any more changes though, we need to thoroughly test each remaining change before we make it live.  Some changes will take longer to implement, some shorter.  But we expect to make one change about every two weeks.

May 11, 2004 - Change in Management

Dear TrafficSwarm Member,

I'm not sure if you remember me since it's been almost a year since I've last had contact with you, but my name is Sam Robbins and I use to be the owner of Traffic Swarm.  Almost a year ago, I had decided to sell this site and ALL of my Internet Marketing businesses, simply because it was no longer "exciting" or "new" to me.

I believe one of the reasons for anyone's success is to have passion for what they do.  You may not necessarily LOVE it every day, but you better not hate it - that's for sure!  After being an "Internet Marketer" for over 7 years NON STOP ... I realized one day that this just wasn't "fun" for me anymore.

To continue the growth of TS, I felt that it was in the best interest of the members if I sold the business to people who could give it the attention it needed and deserved for continual growth.  Unfortunately, the recent owners didn't meet my expectations.

Now, the irony is that TS has continued to grow over the past year despite poor management for the simple reason that TS is an awesome business model for everyone involved - from the owners to the customer and members.

The business model is very simple - Free and unlimited traffic that is very viral and MOST needed for any business to succeed online.

After selling TrafficSwarm, I started my own nutritional supplement company.  My original background is medicine and nutrition, combined with my Internet Marketing experiences, I knew I would have a very profitable business. Well ... to my surprise, it wasn't as easy as I had hoped or expected.

Yes, my nutrition business is doing well, but only after I made a billion mistakes.  Many were costing me not just in wasted money, but more importantly - wasted time and energy.

Okay, let's just get to the point.  Being able to take a step back this past year and look at Internet Marketing from the OUTSIDE, gave me a very new perspective on how things really work.  I got way too caught up in the daily BS before.

Now, at the same time, this one-year break gave me that "itch" to come back since I have a ton of new ideas and money-making/marketing tactics that I wanted to utilize and share with my members here at TrafficSwarm.

Long story short ... I'm back baby!  I've reacquired the TrafficSwarm business.  I have a new staff of professional experts as part of my team.  TS is the top traffic exchange company online right now and I'm going to help take it to the next level with the help of my new associates ... and in the process, reveal to you all of my new "education" over this past year (in many ways, I had to go "back to the basics").

There are two ways to learn in life.  The first is through trial and error and learning on your own.  This is what most people do, but unfortunately, it's very costly in both money AND time.  The second and BEST way to learn is from someone successful - like a mentor.

If you will allow me ... I'd like to be YOUR mentor.  I'll be passing my experiences on to you in the coming months and I KNOW you will definitely discover many new ideas that will make your life easier - and I'm not just speaking monetarily.  In the mean time, please continue to utilize TrafficSwarm and all of its features ... and get ready for some very cool and innovative ideas, tools, and tactics on how to improve your business life, time and money.
